Okra or ladies fingers 

This is okra or ladies fingers as sometimes known in other countries, it is one of the most popular vegetables in South Sudan. It is used in so many recipes and meals either fresh or dry in a powdery form that it is called weka. The smaller type is used in tomato based stews and the longer type is used in soups and popular for drying.
